1. Review and assessment of the business plan

2. Technology due diligence of the tech company, including an assessment of technical capabilities, IP portfolio, and financial / time implications of required enhancements
3. Identification and valuation of intangibles contributed by each party, using a combination of valuation techniques and ALP’s proprietary cluster analysis model
4. Determination of fair value and equity split in the JV
5. Assistance in negotiations, by highlighting and emphasising the contributions and leverage points of the client
