We supported the Japanese Tech Co. in their acquisition of UK Based Business Intelligence services provider. The task was deep dive into the products of the UK-based firm and validate them against the revenue projections. We also developed a post-acquisition strategy to assimilate the offerings into a coherent pitch and help in the rollout to the new market such as the US.
